Last winter vacations I did not go to any interesting place, but it does not mean that I did not enjoy my vacations. I wanted to go to the mountain with my family, because I like very much to be in contact with the nature, but unfortunately, I was ill during the first week , I had stomach ache, I do not know what I ate, because I felt really bad.

So I just visited to my best friends. We had a good time, we spoke too much, and also we went shopping together.
I go to the church every weekend, and I and my friends did a small party for children from our town during my winter vacations. Also we were to paint and to repair our church because it was destroyed after the earthquake. It was a great experience because we could work as a team, it was teamwork!!... I enjoyed a lot, though we finished our work very tired.

Also I and my family went to visit to my aunt and cousins, because we had not seen them since a lot of time. There I talked and shared a lot with my cousins, and then we walked around their house, because they live in countryside…in a beautiful and relaxing place!!

Another interesting thing that I did during my vacations was to go to Curicó, It is really a big and beautiful city. So, I and my family decided to go there.
We visited the square; I think It is more beautiful and bigger than our square. Then, we visited the mall, It has got a lot shops with many clothes, shoes, and other things, but I could not buy any, because they are very expensive!!
In the mall there was a small zoo of snakes, we visited that place. There were many snakes with different names, like “Cobra” or “Rattlesnake”. I learnt a lot about them, for example their poison is used for curing some diseases.
Well, they are not my best winter vacations, but I enjoyed what I did, and I think my summer vacations will be better…I hope!!!

Football is a fashion now because in these days he worl cup is being placed
In the world cup the best countries play, Chile is among them. The Chilean have bought of sport stuff.
There are many things, for example, T shirts, cups, balls,hats,glasses flags, and the famous “vuvuzelas”.
The streetvendors have earned a LOT of money because they buy stuffs cheaper than official stores. Also they say that people have bought more goods than in Chritmas OR New Year
Generally they sell the goods very quicly and normáis got sold out.
People can buy a many things, there are some veery expensive things and very cheap too.
Also it is a fashion because the world cup take place each 4 years and there are countries who haben’ th placed it since a LOT of years.
This sport fashion is attracting a lot of people, even those who didn’t like football. Really, it is a world cup-fever!!

Also it is a very popular because Chile hadn’t been playing the world cup since many years, and it hadn’t won a first match since 1962.
That is why people is so happy..!!

I usually go shopping with my friends or my sister, I don’t go alone because I am very indecisive,so I always need some advice of other people.Generally,I buy trourses, sweaters, shoes.I never buy clothes very expensive, I am always lookiing the offers!


My favorite shop is Ripley or Falabella, because in these shops there are beautiful clothes and accessories, though sometimes the beautiful clothes is very expensive, so I prefer don’t buy they. I don’t have a favrite department, because I only buy what I need.

Sometimes I buy in “Boutiques” because in these ones there are few exemplaries, because I don’t like when other people wear the same clothes mine. My favorite color for clothes are grey, green, purple, and brown, I don’t like black clothes! Though the most important is the style.

Sometimes I go shopping other places, for example, I go to Curicó because there, there is more variety. Also, in Curicó there are many shops with beautiful clothes, and the clothes in this one in cheap!

Also, I have bought second-hand clothes, they are very convenient, because is beautiful and the most important is very cheap! Only, you must know to choose!

About the place, I would like to go to countryside, because I love it. In countryside I can relax and enjoy nature. My favorite place is Vilches, it is a beautiful place. In Vilches there are many trees and plants, there is a river too, that is why I’d like to go there, though to visit other places would be interesting. Also I like a lot the sea, so I would like to go there too. What is important is that it must be a simple and pleasant place where we can enjoy.


About the company, I would like to be with many people. The first person, for example, would be my favorite artist, he is a singer, he’s Juanes, I like his songs, he´s a great singer, he’s really a great person, he dreams with world peace, he doesn´t like racial discrimination. I like his music, because it is about values, love and peace. But he is not the first preference.
Also I would like to eat with my family, my mother and my two sisters. They are very important for me.
Finally, I would like to eat with my friends, because they are special people and very important in my life and I like sharing special moments with them.


I would like to eat international food, perhaps, Chinese food or Italian food, because I have never eaten it. Really, I think food is not the most important thing. The most important is the company!

I think the datings are very interesting. I haven´t had a lot datings. But they have been very nice.

About kissing in public I don´t like it. Make out in public is inconfortable for me. I think the people don´t want to see that.

I have known many friends interested with me, but I haven´t had a relationship with them, because they haven´t been enough honest with me.Also I have known not interesting and boring boys!

Fot that I prefer to be alone. So I can go to the parties, to have many friends, because generally in a relationship that doesn´t work!. Even when having a relationship is good I preffer to date my teddy bear!

To have a relationship is very nice , because it is a experience, and we always learn from experiences.

I think the datings are very important and interestin for to begin a relationship.the people can get to know each other better, they can know their likes, dislikes, hopes, etc.

I hope someday, to find a good man: honest, timid like me!, interesting, sensitive and funny.
I think there are fews ideal men, and is very difficult to find them…I still am seeking my blue prince!!

university life

Dear MS Cáceres:

I will tell you about my life at the university. Well, I am very happy here and I like very much the university. I always dreamt to come here to study pedagogy because I really like to teach. For that I study everyday to improve my English.
The University is very beautiful and big. It has got many trees, plants and green areas also it has got many classrooms, and in the library there are many books.
The university is very different than high school, for example here we duty read and study more, but it is not a problem for me because I always have been a person studious.
The class more hard for me is “Practicas de estrategias auditivas” because my listening isn’t very well, but I practice everyday, for example I listen English music for to improve my listening.
I have got five teachers, they are very intelligent, my classes are on Monday until Thursday.The Friday, is free day, but I study that day and also I do my homeworks.
I get up at 08:00 o’clock. I take a shower, then I have breakfast and I usually read a book or study something, then I go to the university.
My classes start at 10:50 o’clock and usually finish at 18:50 o’clock.I have lunch in the university because I live in Talca, but a little far. Many classmates live in others cities, they are very studious and nice, some people are from Constitucion, Duao, Teno, etc. They rent home in Talca and are without their families.

I usually share whit five friends. They are Maritza, Karen, Nicol, Ricardo and Javier. The girls are my classmates; the men are in second year of English Pedagogy. They are very nice.
My classmates Maritza, Nicol, and Karen are very funny, happy and studious, they aren’t lazy!. Maritza lives in Linares, she travels everyday and she gets up early in the morning and goes her home very late.
Karen lives in Santa Cruz but now, she lives in a house in Talca, next to university and Nicol also lives very far, she is from Peralillo but she rents a house in Talca. I hope know more friends and share with them.
I and my friends study, have lunch, chat and practice English. Also we go to Christian group in the university. It is on Tusday at 13:00 o’clock and it is very interesting. There we speak of Christ’s life and we try imitating him.

Normally I sit to middle to room or next to door, in a somewhere when I can see and hear the teacher.

Well, this is my life in the university.
